Please read the following:

45 minute or 60 minute appointments are recommended for new patients to allow time for a thorough health history discussion and assessment.

If you can't find an appointment that works for you, give us a call and we will try to find a time more suitable for you.

We do offer direct billing at Bridgepoint Chiropractic Clinic.

Most insurance companies require a prescription for massage therapy to do direct billing. Please bring one valid within the last 12 months.

Cancellation / Missed Appointment Policy:

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are cancelling a Monday appointment, please email me directly at kaileihesse.rmt@gmail.com

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a $50 fee.

If you miss an appointment, you will be charged the $50 fee.

Exceptions include sickness & emergencies.

Please note if you are late to your appointment, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time. There may be time to extend the appointment to accommodate the late start, however this is usually not possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled.

Missed appointment fees cannot be claimed through insurance.
